Tandoori Chicken originating from mainland South Asia rather than India. Tandoori chicken is called because of its origin is processed in a Tandoori chicken or furnace made of clay. However, according to the times, Tandoori Chicken can be processed using an electric oven. Tandoori chicken has its own due to Khasan cooked with yogurt. Here we present materials, seasoning, and how to make Tandoori Chicken or Chicken Tandoori.

Ingredients :


  • 3 pieces of chicken thigh upper and lower parts, fillets and discard the skin
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cooking oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp fennel
  • ¼ tsp fenugreek
  • ¼ teaspoon mace
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 50 ml yogurt
Supplementary Material :

  • ½ onion, sliced round
  • 1 lemon, sliced round
How To Make Tandoori Chicken 
  • Marinate chicken that has been in fillets with spices, yoghurt, salt, and lemon juice.
  • Prick-prick the chicken with a fork, then store in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil and oil smeared.
  • Grilled chicken in the oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
  • During roasting, the chicken turned upside down and spread with oil until cooked.
  • Serve with complementary.
