Putu Ayu cake is a cake made of flour with coconut milk mixture. This cake is very popular among people of Java, Indonesia greatly favored by the people, especially people in the island of Java, because the sweet taste and the delicious taste of coconut milk. and this cake must always exist in every event event organized by the Java community, such as at weddings etc. we give below the recipe of the cake:
Ingredients :
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams of sugar
- 1 tsp emulsifier
- 170 grams of wheat flour
- 150 ml coconut milk from coconuts 1/2
- 50 mlair leaves food (obtained from 12 LBR leaf suji who pounded together 2 pandan leaves LBT) or can also use pandan essen
- 1/4 coconut youngish (allowed at first steamed in a not steamed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- enough oil for greasing the mold
How To Make :
- whipped egg + sugar and emulsifier until sugar is dissolved and mixture kental.masukkan sifted flour, stirring until smooth.
- pour coconut milk and water suji leaves little by little, stirring until blended.
- grated coconut mixed with salt, set aside
- topical molds with oil, put a little / lot (depending on taste) grated coconut into the mold, press and press coconut to condense
