Gado-gado is one food that comes from Indonesia in the form of vegetables boiled and mixed together, with seasoning or sauce of peanuts mashed with egg slices and fried onions sprinkled on top. Little fried chips or crackers (there is also wearing prawn crackers) were also added. Gado-gado can be eaten just like a salad with herbs / peanut sauce, but can also be eaten with white rice or sometimes also served with rice cake.
Ingredients :

- 3 eggs, steamed, peeled, cut lengthwise 2 parts
- 150 gr curly lettuce, thinly sliced 2 cm
materials for making peanut sauce :
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 pcs red chilli, puree
- 5 kaffir lime leaves
- 250 grams of roasted peanuts, puree
- 500 g coconut milk 1/2 grated coconut
- 50 grams of brown sugar comb
- 3 to Mair tamarind
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make :
- Fried tofu and tempeh until cooked. Lift. Drain
- Arrange the steamed vegetables, tofu and tempeh are already thinly sliced, lettuce, eggs in a serving dish set aside
- Sauce:
- Heat oil and saute garlic, chili, lime leaves, until fragrant .
- Insert subtle peanut and coconut milk, stir until boiling .
- Enter the brown sugar, tamarind and salt water .
- Cook until sugar dissolves. Lift
- Flush the peanut sauce over the vegetables .
- Serve .
